About Optimization Input Data
Optimization input data contains information about the marketing campaigns, communications, customer attributes, and scores (for example, expected response rate, expected return, or account balance). This information is used in optimizations to make offers to customers. The input data object can also include constraints and contact policies that are automatically applied to every scenario that uses the input data.
Input data in SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is accessed by using libraries that are created in SAS Management Console. A user with permission to SAS Management Console must create the libraries before creating the associated input data in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
The set of input data tables for SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes four required tables (Campaign, Communication, Customer, and Control) and seven optional tables (Channel, Time Period, Agent, Constraints, Contact Policies, Communication History, and Contact History). For more information, see see Summary of Input Data Tables in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Administration Guide.
