Building Blocks for Delivering Mobile Content
Before you can deliver mobile content, you must configure your mobile app and SAS Customer Intelligence 360 to enable integration.
In SAS Customer Intelligence 360, you create tasks that deliver mobile content. In those tasks, you specify the content to deliver, who you want to deliver the content to, when you want to deliver the content, and metrics that report on the performance of the delivered content. Before you create a task, you need to create the items that are included in the task definition.
Here is an overview of the building blocks that are needed to deliver mobile content, who participates in creating those building blocks, and where to find information to get started.

|
Define links that take the user to a specific place in the mobile app. For example, in a push notification, a link might be activated when the user taps the notification. In an in-app message, a link might be activated when the user taps a button. |

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 user: When creating a push notification or in-app message creative, specifies the URI.
