Get Help with the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Copilot
About the Copilot
You can use the copilot to perform one of these actions:
- Get answers to your questions while in the application. The copilot uses the application’s documentation to source answers.
- Find information about tasks, audiences and journeys. For example, you can ask the agent to tell you the average runtime of a bulk task or which audiences are active.
- Create a scheduled journey that is based off of information that you enter or attach.
Here are some things to keep in mind when using the copilot:
- SAS Customer Intelligence 360 temporarily stores your prompts and the copilot’s responses, as well as any reactions that you click.
- The copilot attempts to reply in the same language as the prompt. However, if that is not possible a reply might be returned in a different language.
- The copilot uses guardrails to increase the likelihood that you get answers that are appropriate and relevant to the application. If the copilot cannot generate a response to your question, try entering more details that are specific to the application.
