RECENGINE Procedure

CONTEXT Statement

  • CONTEXT <variables>;

The CONTEXT statement specifies the names of the variables in the INPUT= statement that are used as context features. Context features are transaction features such as time or amount that is spent; their type can be either interval or categorical. However, for the best model performance, it is recommended that you convert interval variables to categorical variables through binning or other methods.

Context features are used only when you specify METHOD=BPR in the PROC RECENGINE statement.
