View Segment Map History

To see a list of changes for the segment map, navigate to the Orchestration tab and select the History page.

To see how many times an on-premises segment map was executed, navigate to the Orchestration tab and select the Occurrences page. An occurrence is a single execution of a segment that is generated either on a recurring schedule or from a user manually running the item. Occurrence information is available only for on-premises segments. On the Occurrence page, only information about newer occurrences appears in the Started By and Occurrence Type columns in the Occurrence table. The columns are empty for older occurrences. Information about scheduled occurrences also does not appear in the Started By column.

The Occurrence Type column specifies the type of occurrence and how each occurrence was triggered.

  • Scheduled for occurrences that are scheduled from the segment map
  • On Demand for occurrences that are executed manually from the segment map
  • Scheduled (From a Task) for occurrences that are scheduled when a task runs
  • On Demand (From a Task) for occurrences that are executed manually when a task runs
Note:
  • Only the 500 most recent occurrences appear in the Occurrence table.
  • Occurrence data is stored in the MD_OCCURRENCE table.
  • An on-premises bulk email, mobile, or direct marketing task that does not have a business context will fail to run. The task fails because the data could not be converted to an on-premises task. To fix this problem, republish the task. When you republish the task, the first business context in the list of available business contexts is assigned to the task after you republish.
  • The time stamp for the most recent run of a task might not match the time stamp of the most recent occurrence.
