Output Settings for CSV File

Set up the output location and format settings for CSV exports. These settings determine how the CSV export file is created when a user adds a CSV output location in a project.

Note:
  • You must be assigned the Marketing AI Power User role to access these settings.
  • These settings affect all CSV export files. These settings appear in the properties of the CSV output that is added to a project. Each project can have only one CSV output location.

Follow these steps to customize the CSV output settings:

  1. Navigate to Administration Administrationthen selectMarketing AI and click Output Settings.

  2. Enter a relative path for the CSV export location. This relative path is appended to the location of the storage bucket variable for the cloud-service provider, which was set when you deployed the local agent.
  3. Select Create a folder for each project to ensure that each project's CSV files is exported into its own folder.
  4. Change the naming convention for the CSV file by clicking More and selecting Move right or Move left to switch the order of the DateTime and Project Code.
  5. Select which format you want the date and time to display from the DateTime format list.
  6. Select which character to use to separate data from the Delimiter list.
