BORDER
draws a border around the graphics output area.
NOBORDER
suppresses the border around the graphics output
area.
Details
The placement of the border on the display is defined by the HSIZE= and VSIZE= graphics options, if used. Otherwise, the placement is defined by the XMAX and YMAX device parameters.
