SMILESOPTIONS Statement

SMILESOPTIONS < option >;

The SMILESOPTIONS statement provides additional specifications for the molecular graph input that you specify in the SMILES= option. For more information about SMILES inputs, see the section SMILES Input Data.

You can specify the following option:

ADDHYDROGENS=TRUE | FALSE: specifies whether or not to include hydrogen atoms when a molecular graph is generated from a SMILES string input. If ADDHYDROGENS=TRUE, the hydrogen atoms are included as nodes in the molecular graph. By default, ADDHYDROGENS=FALSE.
