ARM System Option

SAS 9.4 ARM has two enhancements:

• if you have an ARM appender that is defined in the XML configuration file, you no longer need to set the ARMAGENT=LOG4SAS system option. ARM sets ARMAGENT to LOG4SAS internally. For more information, see ARM Appender Overview.
• three new ARM metrics were added to the ARM_DSIO subsystem.
