Multithreading
The LOGSELECT procedure allocates data to different threads and calculates the likelihood function, gradient, and Hessian by accumulating the values from all threads. For more information about how PROC LOGSELECT uses threads, see the section Multithreading in Chapter 3: Shared Concepts.
