GPREG Procedure

The variational covariance table is specified in the OUTVARIATIONALCOV= option in the PROC GPREG statement. This table contains the estimated variational Gaussian covariance matrix of the inducing points. It is a square symmetric matrix whose dimension is the value of the NINDUCINGPOINTS= option in the PROC GPREG statement and that is stored in one column.
