It is possible that two or more SAS Forecast Server projects with the same name can be imported to SAS Visual Forecasting. If they are imported at disparate times, each successive project name is appended with a numeral enclosed in parentheses, as shown below.
In other cases, the projects can be imported within the same time frame. That is, one project is in the process of being imported and the other project import is launched before the import of the first project is complete. This causes the project names to be appended with an 8-digit unique identifier, as shown below.
