In addition to aggregating your data according to country ID, you can also aggregate your selected data by specifying income-level IDs or region IDs in the COUNTRYLIST= option. To get a list of the available income levels of WBGO data, enter the following URL in your web browser: http://api.worldbank.org/v2/incomeLevels?format=xml.
